Our smoothies are made using natural ingredients, e.g. fruits and juices, some even contain chocolate or peanut butter and all are all fortified with protein. Protein is a fitness buff’s best friend! It is essential for muscle repair and energy-so you won’t feel pooped on your cardio jam. Its mouthwatering secret lies in how it makes foods more satisfying.

Many smoothies are made using ice or frozen fruit/juice. Similar to milkshakes in that their consistency is thicker than slushie drinks; yet unlike milkshakes. Our smoothies do usually contain non-fat dairy - though some recipes do contain soy.

Smoothies are sweet, contain fresh fruit and are nutritional. Because of this, they appeal to a wide range of people, many age groups, as well as the health-conscious.

We give our smoothies body with real fruits instead of juice! Research shows that fresh fruit is bursting with anti-oxidants and fiber-the more combinations you eat, the better. You don’t need ice cream to make your smoothie thick and frosty-it defeats the purpose by adding calories and fat.

Fruit is a great source of fiber, but if you want to boost your fiber content even more, we offer fiber boosts of wheat germ and flaxseed. Like soy, flax is a concentrated source of phytoestrogens, which have been linked to lower the risks of some cancers and works as an anti-inflammatory. Plus it adds a nutty flavor to your shake.

Our smoothies are custom blended to each order, using fresh and healthy ingredients. Enjoy your smoothie as a workout recovery drink boosted with amino acids or fat burners, a meal replacement or snack, or as a simple guiltless treat! Which fruits to choose?
Don’t get stuck in a rut-ditch the monkey fruit and try something new! Get inspired by the tropics with peaches, pineapple, strawberries, blackberries, blueberries and raspberries in your next smoothie.

Banana
The world’s most popular fruit. It is a good source of vitamins B6 and C, rich in potassium and fiber.

Strawberries
High in folate-which may reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease and some birth defects.

Peaches
Provide fiber, vitamins A and C, and beta-carotene, a nutrient the body needs to convert vitamin A, as well as phytochemicals that may help age related vision loss.

Raspberries
Contain potential anti-cancer agent ellagic acid. Raspberries are rich in vitamin C, a rich source of soluble fiber that may lower high blood cholesterol levels and slow the release of carbohydrates into the blood stream.

Blackberries
Rich in vitamin C, helps protect against infections and cancer. An excellent source of vitamin E which is beneficial for the heart and circulatory problems. Contains soluble fiber pectin which helps to eliminate cholesterol and protects against environmental toxins.

Blueberries
One of the fruits with the highest antioxidant activity. Studies also have shown that a diet rich in berries may slow down the aging process of the brain and keep it sharp.

Cherries
Provide potassium, vitamins B and C, as well as phytochemicals that research shows may help prevent diseases, reduce inflammation and pain, fight cancer and improve bone health.

Pineapple
Good source of vitamin C as well as other natural substances that studies indicate relieve indigestion, promote healing and build bone.

Mango
High in vitamin A,B, C and D, it is rich in beta-carotene. Beta-carotene is also a natural disease-fighter, and may play a role in cancer and heart-disease prevention as a powerful antioxidant fighting free-radical damage.
